Care coordination that shows its work.

Confirmed — nurse credentials reviewed

One record, three views

Everyone works from the same file.

A client's booking, a nurse's schedule and an organization's roster are the same underlying record, seen from three different seats. Pick yours.

From the first request to the completed booking and its payout, the next action is always visible — no separate spreadsheet, no separate system.

Find the right care with context

A clearer path from care need to completed visit.

Compare reviewed providers, choose the service and address that fit, then follow the booking and its status in the app.

One connected workflow

  1. 1 A request, service or roster need is created.
  2. 2 The right reviewed provider or team member takes action.
  3. 3 The record follows through delivery, review and payout.

Capabilities

Built past the booking button.

A directory with a contact form ends at the introduction. Here, the workflow that follows a booking — review, delivery, payout, dispute — is part of the product.

Credential verification

Nurse and organization profiles pass a documented review before anything goes live.

Listing moderation

Every service listing is approved before it becomes bookable, so catalogues stay accurate.

Booking lifecycle

Requests, offers, confirmation, completion and cancellations are tracked end to end.

Wallets & withdrawals

Earnings accrue per booking with a reviewable withdrawal trail on both sides.

Learning & CPD

Courses, cohorts, quizzes and certificates keep continuing education in the same system.

Incidents & reviews

Issues are raised against the booking they belong to and reviewed by an admin team.

Service catalogue

What's live on the platform right now

Every provider publishes against the same catalogue, so a listing means the same thing wherever a client finds it — these counts update as providers do.

Specializations

Matched on clinical skill

Nurses record the specializations they actually practise, so a request reaches someone qualified to take it — not just whoever's available.

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse

How it works

Three steps, not a sales call.

Approvals, ownership and progress stay visible the whole way through — from a request to a closed-out, paid record.

FAQ

Common questions

Still unsure whether the platform fits how you work? Ask us directly.

Who is Nurse Connector for?

Three groups: clients and families booking care, individual nurses offering services, and healthcare organizations staffing shifts or publishing their own services.

How are nurses verified?

Nurses submit professional credentials and supporting documents during onboarding. An administrator reviews each submission, and the account stays pending until approved — so unverified profiles never appear in search.

Are service listings reviewed before they go live?

Yes. Both nurse and organization listings carry a moderation status. A listing only becomes discoverable and bookable once it has been approved.

How do payments and payouts work?

Completed bookings credit the provider’s wallet. Nurses and organizations request withdrawals against that balance, and every request is recorded with a reviewable status trail.

Does the platform support continuing education?

It does. Courses, sections, lessons, quizzes, cohorts and enrolments are built in, and a completed course can issue a verifiable certificate for CPD records.

How do I get started?

Both apps are currently in review with the App Store and Google Play. Send us a message on this page and we'll let you know the moment the right app for you — Nurse Connector or Nurse Connector Pro — is live.

Is there a web version?

No. Account setup, bookings and care activity are managed in the mobile apps. This website helps you understand the platform and find the correct download.
